B2B technology consulting · Deep roots in energy markets and grids

Technology change that gets adopted.

enerGG advises B2B technology organisations on cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and putting AI to work across the business — and on the part that decides the outcome: getting people to actually work the new way. Twelve years in engineering and leadership roles, with domain expertise in energy markets and grids that takes years to hire.

What we do

AI

AI across the organisation

From unmanaged pilot to an operating standard your board can defend.

  • Where AI actually pays — and where it doesn't
  • Acceptable-use and security policy, cleared with legal and infosec
  • Rollout and enablement, team by team
  • Usage and ROI measured from a baseline

Coding assistants · document and knowledge workflows · internal agents

Architecture

Enterprise architecture & standardisation

One technology landscape instead of twelve, with standards that survive delivery pressure.

  • Shared platform components — identity and access first
  • Architecture council and decision records that outlast us
  • Duplicated capability found across business units and consolidated
  • Technology strategy with owners and dates

Governance engineers don't route around

Platform

Cloud platforms & developer experience

First commit to production, without a ticket queue.

  • Platform architecture and golden paths
  • CI/CD, observability, and guardrails that make the fast way the compliant way
  • Hundreds of products moved off bespoke pipelines
  • Run as a product, with users and a roadmap

Migration sequenced so roadmaps keep moving

How we work

Adoption is the deliverable.
An architecture nobody follows and a platform nobody onboards to are not finished work. Engagements include the enablement and the measurement, so adoption is evidenced rather than assumed.
We work through your teams.
Councils, working groups and internal champions. The aim is that the capability stays after we leave.
Measured from a baseline.
Metrics agreed up front, so ROI is a number rather than a narrative.
Long-term and remote-first.
Consulting and project engagements over quarters, not days, with regular time on site where the work needs a room and a whiteboard.

Organisation-wide AI adoption

Energy markets · trading · software delivery

Took AI coding assistants from an unmanaged pilot to a governed standard: acceptable-use and security policy cleared with legal and infosec, enablement for every team, and a usage and ROI metrics framework that gave the executive a defensible business case.

90%+
engineer adoption of AI tools
80%
increase in pull-request throughput

An architecture function, built from scratch

Grid management · market optimization · identity

Established the architecture council, the decision-record practice and the cross-cutting standards, then consolidated duplicated capability onto shared platform components, starting with identity and access management.

Platform onboarding at scale

Trading & optimization platforms · developer experience

Moved several hundred products onto an internal developer platform, replacing per-team bespoke pipelines with a supported golden path, with the migration sequenced so product roadmaps kept moving.

Who's behind enerGG

enerGG is the consulting practice of Boris Tistan, MSc in AI, who has spent twelve years in engineering and leadership roles building and running software for energy markets and grid operations.

That combination is the point. The technical judgement to design a platform or an architecture that holds, and the organisational experience to get several hundred engineers to adopt it — the second is where most technology programmes fail, and it is rarely the part that gets consulted on.

Engagements run over quarters rather than days, remote-first, with regular time on site.

Let's talk about what you're trying to change.

Tell us what the change is, what's blocking it, and roughly when. We'll come back on whether we're the right fit and what a first engagement would look like.
